COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSE

The primary objectives of data collection relate to managing user registration, managing the purchase of products and services, managing the needs and interests of customers/users, responding to questions, managing incidents related to requests and sending the information requested through forms or newsletters.

The personal data collected is as follows: name, date of birth, telephone number, tax identification number, address, email address, IP address and Curriculum Vitæ.

Sensitive information such as race, ethnic origin, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, political ideology and criminal record is not collected.

It is only possible to access certain areas of the website through user registration. The personal and other information collected during registration is intended exclusively for administrative and IT use.

The data collected will only be used if one of the following conditions is met:

In the case of CVs sent, personal data is kept until the job vacancy is filled, until the right to be forgotten is exercised.

Data security is carried out taking into account the following:

  • use of encryption with certificate for all information on websites;
  • implementation of an internal security policy that covers the processes of access control, configuration, storage, backup, support, transmission, auditing, updating the technological infrastructure and authentication policy;
  • training and commitment to confidentiality of employees and subcontractors.

Even so, no transmission via email or internet is completely secure or error-free, so Douro Deck advises users to keep their devices accessing the website always up to date and with protection systems.

EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

Whenever users consider it appropriate, they may exercise the following rights:

  • Request a copy of the data;
